Topics in finite mathematics and their applications. The course includes sets, counting, permutations, combinations, basic probability (including Baye’s Theorem), an introduction to statistics (including work with Binomial and Normal Distributions). Prerequisite: MATH 131 or 144, or Mathematics ACT minimum subscore of 20, or Mathematics SAT minimum subscore of 444.
