This course is designed to provide the knowledge needed to assist students to make wise and informed decisions about their personal life-style behaviors to enable them to maximize their level of wellness. This course will help the students identify the various factors influencing their level of wellness. Information, skills and movement activities/games associated with lifetime activities will be demonstrated and practiced. Emphasis will be given to content areas and issues related to disease prevention and wellness.
